Scope

These terms govern the 3D printing and modelling services provided by Five Lines.

Quotes and estimates

The site simulator produces an automatic, non-binding estimate. The final price is the one stated in the written proposal, issued after reviewing geometry, required supports and the requested finish.

Proposals are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise.

Files and intellectual property

The client confirms holding the rights to the files they submit. We do not produce parts that infringe third-party rights or items prohibited by law.

Submitted files are used solely to fulfil the order and are not shared with third parties.

Lead times and delivery

Stated lead times start from order confirmation and agreed payment. Carrier delays are outside our control.

Tolerances and conformity

3D printing has typical dimensional tolerances of ±0.3 mm or ±0.5 %, depending on material and geometry. Small support marks and layer lines are part of the process.

Non-conformity claims must be reported within 8 days of receipt, with photographs.

Custom parts and cancellation

Made-to-order parts are goods made to the consumer’s specification. Under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to them, except where the goods are faulty or not as described.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Irish law, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction.
