Who processes your data

Five Lines, based in Limerick, Ireland, is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. For any question, write to fivelines.ie@gmail.com.

What we collect

Only what you send through the quote form: name, email, phone (optional), project type and the description you write.

When you use the quote simulator, your 3D file is read inside your own browser to compute volume, area and dimensions. The file is never uploaded to our servers — only the estimate figures are attached, and only if you choose to send the request.

Why we use it, and on what basis

To answer your request, prepare the quote and fulfil the order. The legal basis is the performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering one. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.

How long we keep it

Quote requests are kept for as long as the commercial contact lasts and, where an order follows, for the retention period required by Irish tax and company law.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing, by writing to fivelines.ie@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
